Master Plan Update - November 10, 2019
The Design Team is finalizing our application for minor modifications to our Conditional Use Permit.  The modified architectural drawings of site plan, floor plan, & elevations will accompany our application to DPP.  It appears that the alternative site plan will eliminate the need for more extensive stormwater runoff drainage requirements, frontage improvements (sidewalks, curbs, gutters), and utility relocations.  In addition, the impacted site development area is less than an acre and building adjacencies would allow the church, which is considered a temporary meeting facility, to forgo the installation of a fire suppression system.
We are hopeful that our modifications will significantly reduce site development cost. This coupled with building & materials alternatives will be approved.
The table below summarizes the capital campaign progress and financial status.
