Master Plan Update - May 26, 2019
Design Development was completed on schedule the end of April as more details are developed.  Our schematics at this point consist of 86 pages of drawings & schedules.  The Design Team quickly launched into the development of construction documents which becomes the basis for bid documents to be sent to qualified contractors taking us into Fall 2019.
Concurrently we must address the first condition from DPP.  Add 8 parking spaces; restripe the parking lot to show 108 spaces along with a circulation plan prior to the start of school in early August.  You may recall that these were the conditions of our Existing Use Permit back in 1990 which were never addressed.
We still await the results of the infiltration/percolation testing for drainage and are preparing to proceed with the Hazmat Survey for asbestos & lead paint.
Members of the Design Team, RLB, Bookkeeper & committee are working on 2 different cash flow analyses; Development Cash Flow (Construction) & Operating Cash Flow (Debt Service).  This will assist us in obtaining financing in order to complete construction and provide potential lenders with a sense of our ability to repay the loan.
