Master Plan Update - Janaury 27, 2019
Although the holidays saw a slight slow down in design activity work proceeded on the Design Schematics such that they have been developed to approximately 76% complete.  It is expected that Design Schematics will be nearly 100% complete by the end of January.  The Design Team has consulted with DPP on several occaisions to clarify specific requirements in the conditions spelled out in the conditional use permit so that we meet their deadline for submittal by the end of January.
The Parish Planning & Building Committee & Design Team will then review, comment, and edit the work product up to that point along with the updated project budget & cash flow analysis for the Parish.  While the Design Team proceeds with Design Development incorporating more details for construction, liturgical furnishings, fixtures, and finishes the Parish will consult with the Diocese’s Leadership, Liturgical Consultant, and Finance Officer as we begin to seek financing for the project.  This process is expected to take us to the end of March.
