Master Plan Update - November 11, 2018

Although the Department of Planning & Permitting has not completed the review of our CUP application several branches within DPP have provided initial comments.  Most of the comments are related to activities/requirements prior to and during construction.  For example, we must provide a Construction Management Plan (CMP), a Traffic Management Plan (TMP), submit a sewer connection application, and submit a storm water quality strategic plan.  Other conditions that could impact the plan:

Should school enrollment increase appreciably or the addition of an activity not mentioned in the CUP application generate additional traffic during the morning peak hours an updated traffic analysis must be conducted.
Frontage improvements must be provided (sidewalks and curbs).

The Structural, Mechanical and Electrical teams have completed their initial concepts for the project.  We await their report of findings, recommendations, and impact to the project schematics.
