Master Plan Update - September 9, 2018
Over the past month the design team has met several times with the Department of Planning & Permitting to clarify their responses to our Conditional Use Permit Application.  As a result of those meetings the architects have revised our site plan to address parking & loading zone questions, provided floor plans for existing structures, enhanced the detail on all drawings of new structures, and provided building elevations for all structures on the site.  At the same time a detailed schedule of church & school operations was developed along with a discussion of activities that are non-concurrent and concurrent.  The narrative has been revised to reflect the changes made since our initial application.
Now that the design team has addressed all of the comments we are in the process of resubmitting our CUP application.   It is our expectation that we can receive approval of the Conditional Use Permit in the September/October time period, but additional comments from DPP and responses from us could delay things slightly.  While we wait for approval the Schematic Design Phase will be halted temporarily to avoid having to make design changes if further comments from DPP require changes to be made.
