Master Plan Update - July 29, 2018
The Conditional Use Permit Application was made to the Department of Planning & Permitting on June 18th.  A response from DPP regarding our application was received on June 29th.  The application was not accepted in its current format until the following conditions are met:
  1. Show loading zone spaces on drawings with dimensions while maintaining 127 parking stalls.
  2. Current updated schedule of all operations for church & school.
  3. Floor plans for all existing structures as well as new structures on the site to include square footages.
  4. Description of the school and whether used concurrently with church activities.
  5. Description of how the overflow parking is used between the two school buildings.
  6. Forecasted schedule of future phases of the project.
  7. Detailed specifications of permeable pavers.
  8. Provide building elevations for all structures on the site.
The design team expects to have all of these comments addressed by the end of July.  It is our expectation that we can receive approval of the Conditional Use Permit in the September time period, but additional comments from DPP and responses from us could delay things slightly.  While we wait for approval things will continue for us with the Schematic Design Phase. Our focus will be on those elements less likely to change based on any DPP comments on our permit application.
