Master Plan Update - June 17, 2018
Traffic Engineers from SSFM International revised their analysis of current and future traffic volumes utilizing corrected data and assumptions.  The corrected analysis improved the results slightly in our favor and does not appear to present any insurmountable obstacles for our plan.  With the Traffic Study completed our Conditional Use Application can now be presented to the Department of Planning & Permitting.  The application in its final form consists of a narrative describing the project and our expectation of minimal impact to the surrounding area, site plans, drainage plans, floor plans, roof plans, internal & external elevations, and landscape plans for all phases of the project.  All of this was brought to a conclusion with design review meeting with both design team members and Parish Planning & Building Committee members participating.
It is our expectation that we can receive approval of the Conditional Use Permit in the August-September time period, but some comment from DPP and response from us could delay things slightly.  While we wait for approval things will continue for us with the Schematic Design Phase.  Our focus will be on those elements less likely to change based on any DPP comments on our permit application.
Although painfully slow & tedious we’ve made significant progress, but face much more in the months ahead.

The table below summarizes the capital campaign progress and financial status.
