Under the directive of Bishop Larry Silva, all parishes are required to have a

1. Vocations Committee – to help campaign for vocations
2. Emergency Preparedness Committee – to develop strategies and plans to deal with all types of emergencies.

If you, or someone you know would like to serve on one or both of these committees, please contact Fr. Ed or leave your name and contact information at the church office.

Master Plan Update - May 13, 2018

On April 12, 2018 we presented our project to the Ewa Neighborhood Board.  Although we received unanimous support from the Board there were a few questions raised by several board members.  It was noted that improved lighting along North Road would be welcomed along with sidewalk improvements, but it is yet to be determined what comments must be addressed to satisfy the Department of Planning & Permitting.  Our current position is that street lighting should be in the purview of the city or state.
A review of the completed Traffic Study completed by SSFM International uncovered a few faulty assumptions used by the Traffic Engineers which negatively impacted the final analysis and resulting conclusions.  The Traffic Engineers have adjusted their assumptions and we await their final report for inclusion into our permit application.  Even with the use of faulty assumptions there were no major issues uncovered that would have required extensive mitigation.
HHF Planners submitted a draft of the landscape plan incorporated into the site plan to be reviewed by the committee in an upcoming meeting.  Once approved it will also become part of the Conditional Use Permit submittal.

The table below summarizes the capital campaign progress and financial status.
