Master Plan Update - April 8, 2018

The Design Team continues to work on elements of the design schematics while continuing to work on our Conditional Use Application submittal to the Department of Planning & Permitting.  It was unfortunate that the March Neighborhood Board Meeting was cancelled at the last minute by the Board Chairman.  Although we are prepared to once again attend and present our project to the Neighborhood Board on April 12, 2018 our project application has been delayed by a month and a new mailing to our adjacent neighbors informing them of the rescheduled meeting is also being done.  As part of the permit process, we are required to present the project before the Neighborhood Board.  It is our intent to submit our CUP application to the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting in Spring 2018.
Analysis of the data collected by the Traffic Engineers is being completed and we expect that those results will be available soon and incorporated into our permit application.
On Monday, March 26th two landscape architects from HHF Planners did a walkthrough to assess our existing plantings along with the various statues currently being used on the church ground in order to judge their suitability for use in our landscape plans.

The table below summarizes the capital campaign progress and financial status.
