Master Plan Update - December 31, 2017

The Committee continues to work with the Design Team and has reached a point where the site plan and church floor plan has been finalized; however, more design charrettes will be required to finalize the Concept Design portion of the project.  Areas still under consideration involve a massing study which reviews items such as rooflines, wall elevations, windows both externally and internally three-dimensionally, and placement of liturgical furnishings/artwork.

A Notice To Proceed has been given to the design team to allow civil engineering work to begin.  Items to be addressed in the new year will include a Traffic Study, Water Flow Test, Initial Consultation with the Department of Planning & Permitting, Neighborhood Board Presentation, and Conditional Use Permit Processing.

Over the next 6 months it is hoped that progress on the Conditional Use Permit approval allows us to finalize Schematic Design.  Simultaneously, we will begin to investigate potential sources of gap financing which ultimately will allow us to proceed with construction.

The table summarizes the capital campaign progress and financial status.
