Master Plan Update - August 20, 2017

The next phase of the project begins this month as the committee meets with the design team to build upon and finalize the design concept first introduced during the Master Planning process.   The design team consists of Domus Studio Architecture, Inform Design, and The Limtiaco Consulting Group.
Domusstudio architecture is a design firm, established in 1986 as Dominy + Associates Architecture, with a goal to maintain close participation in projects and produce quality design with an emphasis on church architecture.  The firm has now completed over 200 church projects of all sizes with a portfolio that includes Worship spaces, Fellowship Halls, Meeting rooms, Children’s facilities, Media Centers, Daycare, Offices, Youth rooms, Kitchens and every aspect of a church’s life on a campus.  They are problem solvers, known widely for working with minimal space and budgets to address the needs of the church within the constraints they have.  The team will be directed by David Pfeifer, a partner of the firm.
InForm Design is a full service architectural design firm headed up by Ann Kutaka, Principal.   Inform Design will serve as the local representative of the design team and play a key role in assisting us with obtaining approval of the conditional use permit and guiding us through the approvals required of a myriad number of city and state agencies.
The Limtiaco Consulting Group, Inc. is the consulting entity established by Mr. Felix B. Limtiaco, a former Director of the Department of Wastewater Management of the City and County of Honolulu.  Now in its nineteenth year of operations, TLCG has grown to include an outstanding blend of complementing civil and environmental engineers, water resource planners (including wastewater reuse), environmental planners, certified construction managers, certified
wastewater treatment plant operators, GIS analysts, and CAD/graphic artists.  Kyle Kaneshiro will lead the team through the civil engineering aspects of our project beginning with site development.
