Over the past few weeks we have met with several commercial real estate brokers to discuss the sale of the Ma Ke Kula property. These discussions will assist us in deciding the best approach to marketing the property, and allow us to decide who should represent the Parish in the transaction. During this process historical transaction records such as property surveys, appraisals, environmental surveys, site development drawings, property tax records, etc. are being researched to aid us in determining current value and any unforeseen issues. We expect that a broker will be selected shortly and the active sale of the property will commence in January.
Faith Direct has been selected to assist OLPH in offering a solution that allows you to support our church using electronic funds transfer from either a bank account or credit/debit card just as you may do now with your mortgage payment, cable bill or other expenses. It’s simple, safe and convenient. Over the coming weeks we will announce how you can begin supporting our church electronically. Initially, we will enroll parishioners who are interested in making their weekly offertory online. These same options will be available in fulfilling your capital campaign pledges in the future.
