Ma Ke Kula Update - November 23, 2014 Bulletin

After several weeks of consideration of the various options your selections were tabulated and the overwhelming message from you was to sell the Ma Ke Kula property thus allowing us the opportunity to move forward with the execution of the Master Plan sooner than otherwise would have been the case.  The option selected by the majority vote was Option 1.  This information has been sent to Saavedra Gehlhausen so they can incorporate the final details of the plan for option 1.  The committee will meet with Saavedra Gehlhausen in December prior the final presentation to insure all of our requirements have been captured.
The next step in the process will be a meeting with Bishop Larry to gain his approval to move forward with our desired plan. With his approval the committee will proceed to organize a capital campaign and explore the best method for disposing of the property.  The toughest part for all of us will be securing the necessary funding to proceed with the design and construction phase of the project.  With your continued prayers and support this goal will be achieved.
