Ma Ke Kula Update - May 11, 2014 Bulletin

Master Planning Phase 2

Advanced planning has begun for the second phase.  This is where we need your help and how you can provide valuable input into the Master Planning process.  On the evenings of June 9th & June 10th , we are scheduling focus groups with the architects.  It is our hope that all of you will be able to attend.  The purpose of the focus groups is to get your thoughts and ideas on what you’d like to see for the church & school in the future.  Topics could span many different areas such as the physical church & school, grounds, religious education, future ministries, parish hall/multi-purpose facility, furnishings, worship, etc.  The more input that you provide, the better you assist us in determining our future needs.  Your ideas coupled with those from the questionnaires will become the basis for planning space requirements in the future and allow us to begin to evaluate how to best use our property that includes our existing site and Ma Ke Kula.  Does this end your involvement in the project?  The short answer is no.  In a future update we’ll discuss the next phase of the project.
